GROUP FIGHT
Thursdays at 5:40 PM
starting January 15
Group Fight is a high-energy cardio and strength training class that combines Mixed Martial Arts moves with other exercises. It's designed to build strength, coordination, and cardio fitness.

Love Run Almost 5k Fun Run & WalkSaturday, February 1
Kick off American Heart month with the Love Run! Walk or Run this almost 5k (1,134 feet short!) and get your heart pumping. Strollers and leashed dogs are welcome. T-shirts are available as supplies last and only for registered participants.

Drop-In Childcare Available
Bring the kids to the Community Center for some play time while you use the Fitness Center or a fitness class.
Kids ages 4 months to 10 years. Parents must remain on site, 2 hours max/visit. $5 daily drop-in. Add unlimited childcare to your fitness membership for $15/child/month.

Mondays - Thursdays: 4:15 PM - 8:00 PM
Need a couple of hours to run errands or catch up with a friend? Bring the kids for Kids Playtime during drop-in hours and get up to two hours of care from our National Background Checked staff. $10/session. Kids Playtime is available for children ages 2-10; children must be potty trained.
Fitness Memberships
Stay on track with your health and fitness goals with Auburn Community Fitness! Join the instructors you know and love from the Auburn Community & Event Center for a variety of 60-minute classes each week. Virtual classes are available on-demand in the fitness library. Sign up for your fitness membership by calling the Community Center: 253-931-3043 or stop by the front desk.
The monthly Fitness Membership entitles members to unlimited Fitness classes, open gym programs, unlimited use of the fitness center and full access to Fitness Class Library.
- Adults (ages 18 and over): $30/month
- Seniors (age 50+) or Teens (age 12-17): $25/month*
- Adult Membership with Unlimited Childcare
Adult + 1 Child- $45/month
Adult + 2 Children- $60/month
Adult + 3 Children- $75/month
*You may be eligible for a FREE Fitness Membership! Auburn Community Fitness partners with Silver Sneakers and Optum Health to offer their subscribers a free membership. Stop by the Community Center front desk to see if your health plan participates and if you are eligible. Please note: effective January 1, 2025 Kaiser Permanente is no longer offering Silver & Fit. Please contact your health insurance to see about an eligible program.

INTRODUCTION TO QIGONG WORKSHOP
Qigong is a practice that aims to balance and cultivate vital energy ("Qi") through coordinated breath and movement. No prior experience is needed and the movements are designed to be gentle and adaptable to different abilities. Practicing Qigong can benefit physical health, stress management and mental clarity. Class can be done seated or standing.

SAIL (Stay Active and Independent for Life)
SAIL is a strength, balance and fitness program for adults age 50 and older. Exercises to improve strength, balance and fitness are the most important activity to stay active and reduce chances of falling. SAIL consists of a warm up, light aerobics, strength & balance training and cool down. All exercises can be done seated or standing.
SAIL is not part of Fitness Membership. Class is free, contact the Senior Center to register at 253-931-3016.
