Kate Baldwin is a Senior Advisory Architect who consults on IT Service Management and ServiceNow software for major public and private organizations throughout the PNW, across the United States, and around the world. Baldwin joined Covestic, now under Milestone Technologies, as a junior consultant and quickly became the first female solution architect within the practice and the youngest to achieve that role.
Prior to joining the Seattle tech industry, Baldwin graduated from Michigan State University’s journalism program and worked in media relations at Lansing Community College. She then moved to Idaho to work as a newspaper reporter covering K - 12 education and regional universities, along with state and federal education policies. Baldwin also worked as a program manager with a grant-funded non-profit to support farmers and ranchers in building and growing their companies through business-focused training programs.
Today, Baldwin lives in Auburn with her husband. Together they volunteer on community projects with the Auburn Noon Lions Club. Baldwin also serves on the Executive Board of the 47th Legislative District Democrats. In her spare time, she enjoys reading with her seasonal book club, experimenting in the kitchen, trying to keep her plants alive, and tackling outdoor adventures like camping, swimming, biking, skiing, paddle-boarding, and even rock climbing.
