From I-5 or Hwy 167, take the Hwy 18 East. Take the C St Exit. At the end of the ramp, turn right onto C St. SW towards The Outlet Collection. Continue south on C St. SW. Turn right on 15th St. SE. Continue past the field and turn into the first driveway for parking.
