The City of Auburn is issuing a Notice of Application (NOA) for the following described project. The permit applications and listed studies may be reviewed at the Auburn Department of Community Development at One E Main St., 2nd Floor, Customer Service Center, Auburn, WA 98001 and by visiting www.auburnwa.gov/landuse.

Proposal: Operation of a Dental Assisting school within 1,500 square feet of a dental office within a professional center. The business hours take place outside of the hours of the dental office with no overlap, Thursdays 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM and Saturdays 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The classes will maintain a student flow of 5-10 per every 3-month course. An Administrative Use Permit is required to memorialize the operational conditions/parameters of the proposed use. 

Location: The site is located SE of the intersection of 12th St. SE and G St. SE, addressed as 722 12th St. SE, King Co. Parcel No. 1921059253.

Public Comment Period: All persons may comment on this application. Comments must be in writing and submitted by 5:00 PM on November 08, 2024 to the mailing address of 25 W Main St., Auburn, WA, 98001 or emailed to the contact below. Any person wishing to become a party of record, shall include in their comments that they wish to receive notice of and participate in any hearings, if relevant, request a copy of decisions once made, and be made aware of appeal rights.
