The City of Auburn is issuing a Notice of Applicant and Notice of Public Hearing for the following described project. The project application may be reviewed at the Auburn Department of Community Development at 1 E Main St., 2nd Floor, Customer Service Center, Auburn, WA 98001.

Proposal: Preliminary plat application to subdivide 2 acres into 10 single-family residential lots. The site is zoned R-5, Residential, which allows between 4 and 5 residential lots (dwelling units) per acre. The lots will be 4,503.9 square feet (sf) to 13,475.8 sf in area. Lakehaven water and sewer will be extended to service each lot. One private access tract will extend off of S 296th Ct. and will provide access for six lots. The remaining four lots will take access off of either S 296th St. or S 296th . Stormwater will be managed on site within stormwater treatment facility located in Tract A. 

Location: The project site is located at 6343 S 296th St., south of the intersection of S 296th St. and 64th Ave. S within SE¼ of Section 2, Township 21, Range 4. King County Assessor Parcel No. 0221049104.
