The City recently remodeled our permit center to offer a one-stop center where customers can meet and work with staff from Community Development to get projects done on time and on budget with the goal of making sure that we are asking the right questions, meeting our customer's needs, and problem-solving continuously. The best measure of how we perform is when we have helped you succeed.

Location - The  Customer Service Center, 2nd floor, One East Main Street in downtown Auburn, across the street from City Hall. There is plenty of free parking available nearby.

Hours - Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding recognized holidays.
