The City of Auburn is issuing a Notice of Application (NOA), and a Notice of Public Hearing (NOH) for the following described project. The applications and listed studies may be reviewed at the Auburn Department of Community Development at One E Main St., 2nd Floor, Customer Service Center, Auburn, WA 98001 and by visiting www.auburnwa.gov/landuse.

Proposal: Request for a Special Home Occupation permit to conduct 130 square foot personal service beauty studio to perform permanent makeup services such as microblading. The business area will be located in an existing room of the attached garage of the single-family home. All functions of the business will be internal to the structure.

Location: The proposal is located at 905 23rd PL SE, south side of 23rd Pl SE, approximately 320 feet west of the intersection of 23rd PL SE and 23rd ST SE, within the SE ¼ of Section 19, T 21 N, R 5 E, WM.

Any person wishing to become a party of record shall include in their comments that they wish to receive notice of and participate in any hearings, request a copy of decisions once made, and be made aware of appeal rights.
