The City of Auburn is WITHDRAWING the SEPA threshold determination (DNS issuance) for project file no. SEP24-0022. The SEPA threshold determination is still under consideration and will be issued at a later date.
The Notice of Application (NOA) for the project remains issued.
The permit applications and listed studies may be reviewed at the Auburn Department of Community Development at One E Main St., 2nd Floor, Customer Service Center, Auburn, WA 98001 and by visiting www.auburnwa.gov/landuse.
Proposal: Kayla West - Lexi, LLC is proposing to develop two mixed-use projects; one of which is Kayla West. Kayla West is located at 303 A St. SW. The project includes construction of a 52,095 square foot mixed residential and commercial building with up to 45 residential units and 3 commercial live-work units, along with associate site improvements including structured parking and public water and sewer service.
Location: Kayla West - The project site is located at 303 A St. SW, southwest of the t-intersection of 3rd St. SW and A St. SW with the building site west of A St. SW, parcel no. 3953900150, within Section 13, Township 21, Range 4 SE.
Proposal: Kayla East - Lexi, LLC is proposing to develop two mixed-use projects; one of which is Kayla East. Kayla East will be located on contiguous four parcels consisting of approximately 0.56 acres. Addresses include 300 A St. SW, 314 & 316 & 402 A St. SW. The project includes construction of a 129,734 square foot mixed residential and commercial building with up to 111 residential units and 3 commercial live-work units, along with associate site improvements including structured parking and public water and sewer service.
Location: Kayla East - The project site is located southeast of the t-intersection of 3rd St. SW and A St. SW with building sites east of A St. SW, parcel nos. 6350000100, 3953900140, 6350000090, and 3953900130, within Section 13, Township 21, Range 4 SE.
