The City of Auburn is issuing a Notice of Application (NOA) for the following described project. The permit applications and listed studies may be reviewed at the Auburn Department of Community Development at One E Main St., 2nd Floor, Customer Service Center, Auburn, WA 98001 and by visiting www.auburnwa.gov/landuse.
Proposal: Combine two parcels (King County Parcel Nos. 7877400190 & 7877400195) totaling 23,087 square feet / 0.53 acres zoned Residential 20, 20 Dwelling Units per Acre for the development of two new duplexes and two new triplexes.
Location: The site is located approximately 145 feet southeast of the intersection of 29th St. SE and C St. SE, King County Parcel Nos. 7877400190 & 7877400195.
