The City of Auburn is issuing a Notice of Application (NOA) for the following described project. The permit applications and listed studies may be reviewed at the Auburn Department of Community Development at One E Main St., 2nd Floor, Customer Service Center, Auburn, WA 98001 and by visiting www.auburnwa.gov/landuse.

Proposal: Construction of 5-unit, three story townhomes with garage. First floor to be 331 square feet, second floor to be 464 square feet and third floor to 494 square feet. Townhomes have an upper floor balcony and covered deck at the rear and landscaping. In accordance with the infill program per Auburn City Code (ACC) 18.25 there is a reduction of the rear setback from 20 feet to 10 feet.

Location: The site is located northwest of the intersection of 21st St. SE and F St. SE, addressed as 507 21st St. SE, King Co. Parcel No. 1921059116.
