The City of Auburn is issuing a Notice of Application (NOA) for the following described project. The permit applications and listed studies may be reviewed at the Auburn Department of Community Development at One E Main St., 2nd Floor, Customer Service Center, Auburn, WA 98001 and by visiting www.auburnwa.gov/landuse.
Proposal: The project includes a preliminary plat application where three parcels (9262800050, 9262800052, and 9262800051) will develop in to a 24-lot single family residential neighborhood. The existing single-family residences on 9262800050 and 9262800051 will be retained on their own designated lots in the plat. The structures on parcel 9262800052 will be demolished as a result of this plat. Five tracts will be created out of this plat, tract “A” provides a storm vault, tracts “B,” “C,” & “E” are shared access/utility drives for tract “A”, lots 1, 2, 8, 9, 10, 19, 20, 21, 22, & 23. Tract “D” is a shared public access. The proposal also includes an extension of S 318th St approximately 420 feet east to terminate in a cul-de-sac. A subsequent SEPA application has been filed under SEP24-0003.
Location: The site is located northeast of the intersection of 56th Avenue S and S 319th St. Parcel Nos.: 9262800050, 9262800052, and 9262800051.
