The City of Auburn is issuing a Notice of Application (NOA) for the following described project. The permit applications and listed studies may be reviewed at the Auburn Department of Community Development at One E Main St., 2nd Floor, Customer Service Center. 

Proposal: The land use “manufacturing, assembling and packaging – medium intensity” as defined in ACC 18.04.616, is proposed to occur on King County parcel no. 2421049004. The subject property is zoned C-3, Heavy Commercial District which requires approval of an Administrative Use Permit for the proposed land use.

Location: The project site is addressed 2899 C St SW, King Co. Parcel No. 2421049004.

Comments must be in writing and received by the end of the 15-day comment period on February 13, 2023 to the mailing address of 25 W Main St., Auburn, WA, 98001 or to the contact email address below. Any person wishing to become a party of record, shall include in their comments that they wish to receive notice of and participate in any hearings, if relevant, request a copy of decisions once made, and be made aware of appeal rights.
